Meal Plan

The meal in italics is the default, if I just want to be told what to cook!

Breakfast is toast and fruit unless specified, and sometimes even then if I’m tired! Lunch is soup, sandwiches, salad or pasta. I keep pasta sauces and soups I make in the freezer for tired days.

In due course I’ll give you recipes for all of these and link them in, the list of options should also grow and change.

Monday – sauce and starch, store cupboard mostly
