Vegan Condiment Collection

A collection of reliable vegan condiment recipes from other authors, using store cupboard ingredients:
Mayonaise – (summary to remind me, but go to the site for proper instructions) 1 cup Rapeseed oil to 1/2 cup soy milk, lemon juice, salt and mustard powder. Don’t give up if it doesn’t thicken- it will thicken in the fridge.
